New Gown Orders
The estimated order time is 5-6 months before your item is shipped. Rush production may be available upon request on select gowns, with some gowns being produced in 3-4 months.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our gowns, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for new gown orders. Your gown will be rigorously inspected, steamed, and photographed prior to being packed for delivery. Bailando Boutique assumes no responsibility for damage caused to your dress after you have unpacked it. Bailando Boutique is not responsible for third-party seamstress or cleaning costs. All concerns regarding the condition of your gown or manufacturer’s defects must be communicated with the boutique by email within 5 business days after it has been delivered to your provided address. Customer Service will then work with you to determine your options. Should your wedding or event be cancelled after merchandise has been ordered, Bailando Boutique assumes no responsibility to refund your order.
Sizing
Sizing is determined by your 3 measurements for: Bust, Waist, and Hips and the corresponding sizes on the designer’s size chart. We do not assume responsibility for incorrect sizing by the customer nor by changes in size that have occurred after your initial measurements. Most sample gowns can be comfortably sized down 2-3 sizes and let out about 1-2 inches, depending on the style.
Sample Dresses & In-Stock
All sample & in-stock gowns are considered final sale. Your dress will be thoroughly inspected and photographed before shipping to confirm its condition. Should your wedding or event be cancelled after merchandise has been paid for, Bailando Boutique assumes no responsibility to refund your order. All concerns regarding the condition of your gown must be communicated with the boutique by email within 5 business days after it has been delivered to your provided address. Customer Service will then work with you to determine your options. Bailando Boutique assumes no responsibility for damage caused to your dress after you have unpacked it. Shipping
When your gown is ready to be shipped, we will email you to confirm your shipping address. Shipping is expected to take up to 10 business days depending on your location. We will email you with a tracking number for your package once it has been dispatched. We use Canada Post for all Free Worldwide Shipping. Any duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the receiver. If you require courier services, please contact us.
